This Old House (Backdated March 1)

Samus and Corrin had left. It was just him and Kanji now- and Dogmeat, of course, plus... well, the Concordites had promised there'd be a third, sometime soon.

Them... and the Problem. The big one, the one that'd been bothering him for a couple of days now. It sat, perfectly innocuous, in the corner of the room he'd moved into, mirrored glass reflecting the room. The dragoon armor, functioning perfectly, in as good a condition as he remembered...

The Lone Wanderer's armor. That was a stupid way to think of it, he knew- knew it was his hand that had done it all, knew it was his face behind that blank mask- but it... it was hard to think of it that way.

One thing was for certain, though. He didn't want to talk about it with Kanji. Corrin and Pacca knew- somehow they'd seen that nightmare, somehow worked it out, but he couldn't... internally handle the thought of more people learning what, exactly, the Lone Wanderer was.

He needed to get out of Concord.
Also... Dogmeat needed space. He was a big dog, and energetic. He needed room to run around, Jason needed room for a garden, and all of this coming together meant that he'd have to bite the bullet.

I'm looking for a place in Laourn. All the places in Concord aren't really fitting my needs and I'm wondering if anybody who's been who might have more experience than me in the area could point me in the right direction

How do you feel about long walks up the mountainside and/or high altitudes?

The cliffs are great but they're not for everyone. I hear people say the lower areas are a lot better if you're a people person

Or if you like easy access to really good food

Used to live at the highest spot in town so I'm used to walking uphill to get around but I'll think about it

Don't recommend the cliffs unless you've got wings, a mecha, or crazy high stamina. Getting Red and Ayla moved up here was a pain, even with the dahak. You might try living in the lower parts of the city though.

There are some roomy buildings down there. Maybe poke around concord, see who might be coaxed to live in Laourn with you? Cut down on costs and such.

Actually... maybe the cliffs was a good idea. More isolated, more private, more easily defens- No, why was he thinking about that?

I'll give it some thought. I just don't know who I'd do that with, it's not as though I know a lot of people well enough to tru share a house with.

Look Sprinkles, I've moved three times now which is shocking because this is my third month here. All you gotta do is find where you wanna go, flash some Sol like you wanna own it and there will be people who wanna give it to you for your sol.

Also, if trust is an issue, you can just do what Samus did and live alone. Though, y'know, if you're a dog person, Red lives on the cliffs. And Kanji's a dog person too. Maybe one of them?

Samus is living alone on the cliffs. Maybe you two ought to go be alone together? I dunno if she's the sort to appreciate company, but I've been surprised before.
